OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years (up to 33 years)
SC/ST: 5 years (up to 35 years)
PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 to 15 years depending on category .
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following:
Matriculation / SSLC + ITI: Passed 10th class and completed an ITI course from a recognized institution in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, etc.) .
Diploma in Engineering: A 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution .
Degree in Engineering: A B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) is also acceptable .
