Educational Qualification:

10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) subjects from recognized board. General/OBC: 70% aggregate in PCM, SC/ST: 60% aggregate in PCM. Valid JEE Main 2026 score mandatory. Minimum 50% marks in English subject.

Additional Qualification:

NCC Certificate (Navy/Army/Air Wing) with C Certificate will be given additional weightage. Sports certificates at national level, participation in Olympiads, extracurricular achievements are desirable. Knowledge of swimming and adventure sports preferred.

Experience Required:

No prior experience required. Freshers are eligible to apply. Candidates must have appeared for JEE Main 2026 examination.

Stage 1: Shortlisting based on 10+2 PCM percentage (70% for General/OBC, 60% for SC/ST) and JEE Main 2026 score (cutoff: General 85 percentile, OBC 75 percentile, SC/ST 65 percentile)
Stage 2: SSB Interview (5 days - Stage I: Screening, Picture Perception & Discussion Test; Stage II: Psychological Tests, Group Tasks, Personal Interview)
Stage 3: Medical Examination (Full medical checkup as per Indian Navy standards)
Stage 4: Merit List preparation based on SSB marks (total 900 marks) and medical fitness
