Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. Final year appearing candidates can also apply provisionally. For specific posts: B.Ed (Education Department), LLB (Labor Enforcement Officer), Knowledge of Panchayati Raj (BPRO), Knowledge of Bihar Land Revenue Code (Revenue Officer).

Additional Qualification:

Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script is mandatory. NCC Certificate, Computer Diploma, MS-CIT, Knowledge of Bihar culture, history, and geography, Proficiency in English, Experience in social work, Participation in sports at national/state level.

Experience Required:

No prior experience required for most posts. Freshers are eligible to apply. For some specialized posts (District Coordinator, CDPO), 2-3 years experience may be preferred but not mandatory. Final year students can apply provisionally.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the official notification for the 72nd Integrated Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2026.
